DURATION: Drops are approximately 15 minutes. Tone and Tone+ Drops are available as extended versions, designed for deeper immersion while you work or rest. They run beyond the standard 10–15 minutes.

LANGUAGE: Drops are currently available in English (EN), with select tracks offered in Spanish (ES). Additional language options will be introduced in the coming months.

For best practice, we recommend listening with earphones for the most immersive effect, and only using sleep-designed Drops when you’re in a safe space to fully relax.
